Description:  

The BRS40-8TX Ethernet switch is part of the BOBCAT series and it is manufactured by Hirschamann and Belden. This managed industrial switch supports DIN Rail mounting and it does not have a cooling fan. The unit has 8 ports and a convenient terminal block with a plug-in design for both the power supply/signaling contact and the digital input. The unit operates with twisted pair cables with a length of up to 100 meters and it consumes up to 8 Watts of power during operation.
