The JPSU-650W-AC-AFI power supply unit manufactured by Juniper Networks is used to operate the manufacturers QFX5100 Ethernet switches. The AC power supply comes with an output power rating of 650 W. The supported Ethernet switches are powered by Junos operating system. The power supply supports a PSU-side airflow intake. The Ethernet switch used with the power supply renders high-performance with a high level of flexibility. The switch is enriched with several Layer 2, Layer 3 and MPLS features. The power supply unit has a grey color and has a compact size of 12 x 4 x 4 inches. It has a non-condensing operating 5% to 90% relative humidity. The power supply can be connected easily because of the hot-plug form factor. The supporting switch adheres to a wide range of safety approvals. The switch incorporates multiple Layer 2 gateway services that allow VXLAN-to-VLAN connectivity at any level of the data center network. It supports a wide range of RFCs. The power supply module has a frequency of 50/60Hz. The Ethernet switch has various traffic mirroring options like port-based, filter-based, VLAN-based and mirror to local mirroring options. The switch can be put to use in the manufacturers Virtual Chassis switching architecture. It operates in store-and-forward as well as cut-through operating modes for sustained wire-speed switching with low jitter and sub-microsecond latency.
