The RS20-0900MMM2TDAU RS20 Fast Industrial Ethernet Rail Switch is an unmanaged Ethernet switch from the Hirschmann RS20/30 Industrial Ethernet Rail Switch product line. This Ethernet network switch has a compact design that is built around a space-saving blueprint and it offers a cost-effective Ethernet network switch solution. The RS20-0900MMM2TDAU Ethernet Switch is designed for standard industrial automation applications that require no switch management. RS20-0900MMM2TDAU Switch has an extremely compact and rugged design that meets industry standards and that makes it suitable for harsh industrial conditions. This design confers structural and operation reliability and flexibility under extreme industrial conditions. The RS20-0900MMM2TDAU Switch allows for switched industrial Ethernet networks that meet the IEEE 802.3 standards via twisted cables or fiber-optics patch cables in either the line or star topology.

The Hirschmann RS20-0900MMM2TDAU Unmanaged Switch has 6 standard 10/100 BASE-TX Fast RJ-45 Ethernet ports (Ports 1 to 6), one 100 BASE-FX multimode DSC port, and 2 Uplink ports (Uplink 1 and 2). The standard RJ-45 ports support auto-crossing, auto-negotiation, and auto-polarity, and they are used with twisted cables with a 100-meter maximum connection distance. The RS20-0900MMM2TDAU Switch has a dual redundant 24 Volts DC power supply that supplies 12 to 48 Volts DC operating voltage (at 24 Volts DC nominal) and a maximum power rating of 9.6 Watts. The RS20-0900MMM2TDAU Switch has 800 Volts AC rated isolation protection and a maximum switching current rating of 1 Amp. The RS20-0900MMM2TDAU Switch has an IP 20 protection rating and it is designed to work without a fan. It supports DIN Rail mounting, and it comes with a 6-pin plug-in terminal block for simplified wiring.
