It is a modular piece of industrial communication equipment that has a basic switch module and a media module. Its basic switch is equipped with all the functions of a standard Hirschmann industrial switch with accessible switch management facilities because it needs to be configured before use. The MS30-1602SAAP Switch Backplane makes it easy for the users to configure the module individually by changing different criteria such as the number of ports, transmission speed, temperature range, and the voltage range. It helps to set up a switched Ethernet network for better communication. The standard temperature range of the module is from 0 to 60 degrees Celsius.


The MS30-1602SAAP MICE Switch Backplane supports DIN Rail mounting. It is equipped with a display element that can perform a self-test after establishing the operating voltage and initialization. It has SFP slots and F/O ports to insert the SPF transceiver. It also supports digital I/O modules and extender modules to expand the communication and switching capabilities.
