Configurations
Cisco WS-C3750X-48T-E networking switch features 48 10/100/100 stackable Ethernet ports which are completely configurable via Stack Wise Plus, Energy Wise and Stack Power technologies offered by Cisco. Furthermore, the optional network module slot for uplink ports makes the device suitable for networking operations of all types.
Stacking
The device is completely stackable as it features 48 ethernet ports. To start with procedure, you will have to configure the device by using any of the technologies such as StackWise Plus, Energy Wise, Stack Power or MACsec. Furthermore, there are four different types of hot swapping uplink modules which allows users to create uplink connections as per their requirements. Maximum stacking capacity with the switch is limited to 9 devices.
Technical Specifications
Being an IP base feature set, Cisco WS-C3750X-48T-E networking switch has fixed configuration and needs to be activated through software license and IOS upgrade. The product has a standard memory of 256 MB whereas the available flash memory is limited to 128 MB. Furthermore, layer 2 network support has now been introduced which is completely manageable through CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution (LMS).
The overall dimensions for the rack mountable unit are set to 17.5 in x 18.1 in x 1.8 in (W x D x H) whereas the packaging weight is 16.31 lbs.
