The Cisco Catalyst WS-C2960XR-48LPS-I is a 48 Gigabit Ethernet port with a rack mountable enclosure that offers power resiliency due to elective dual field replaceable power supplies. It has a forwarding bandwidth of 108 Gbps and switching bandwidth of 216 Gbps. The WS-C2960XR-48LPS-I switch has functional layer 2 and layer 3 features with a PoE power of 370W. The WS-C2960XR-48LPS-I switches are made to offer functioning simplicity and augment network reliability when deployed.


Power Supply

The Cisco WS-C2960XR-48LPS-I features a dual redundant power supply. The chief power source is the PWR-C2-640WAC with a PoE of 370W. The power supply has an amalgamated cooling system that includes fans in order to standardise system efficiency during power consumption. The secondary power supply is available for purchase later as a spare or bought independently of the WS-C2960XR-48LPS-I switch.
