About WS-C2960X-48TS-LL

Product Overview

The WS-C2960X-24TS-LL is a fixed configuration, stackable Gigabit Ethernet switch. It provides not only easy device onboarding and configuration but also reliable monitoring and troubleshooting.

Switch Models and Configurations

As the name suggests, this switch only consists of 24 Ethernet ports with 2 SFP Uplink Interfaces. Additionally, it incorporates the Cisco LAN Lite software. The FlexStack-Plus and the FlexStack-Extended capability are not included in this switch.


Stacking is not possible with the Cisco LAN Lite software.

Technical Specifications

The hardware of the WS-C2960X-24TS-LL features a 256MB DRAM and a 64MB Flash memory. It also has a 600MHz dual core CPU. It can support a maximum of 64 active VLANs. The forwarding bandwidth goes up to 50 Gbps while switching bandwidth up to 100 Gbps. It has 9198 bytes Maximum Transmission Unit and a 9216 bytes Ethernet frame, along with a forwarding performance that stands at 68.5 Mpps. There are in total 4096 VLAN IDs available.

The WS-C2960X-24TS-LL is comparatively less in weight at 3.7 kg or 8.2 lbs. Its size, however, is about the same as other 2960X series switches at dimensions of 1.75 x 11.0 x 17.5 inches or 4.5 x 27.9 x 44.5 cm.
