Cisco Catalyst WS-C3560C-8PC-S is a compact networking Layer 2 switch that supports end-to-end IP and Borderless Network services. It can function by connecting it via only one wire from the wiring cabinet. The switch is ideal to extend LAN networks in classrooms, hotels and factories. All of that at a reasonable price.
Power Supply
This switch has an internal 124W 100-220 VAC power supply with fanless design making it very silent during its operation. The whole device can be powered from a wiring closet that has PoE option.
Power Capacity
WS-C3560C-8PC-S has the option of PoE+ throughput. It means that the switch can get additional power from the wiring cabinet and distribute it to other devices connected to it. This way. IP phones or cameras can be powered without additional wires or electricity points. The switch has 8 PoE ports with 124 W of power to distribute.
Configurations
This model comes with 8 GE PoE+ ( Power over Ethernet +) ports. 2 Dual Purpose ports and an IP Base firmware license that supports up to 4000 network users per switch.
Stacking
The main purpose of the switch is to extend the networking infrastructure of the network, so all of the switches are connected to the wiring cabinet and are controlled from there. There are no certain limitations as to the quantity of the switches that can be installed into the cabinet.

WS-C3560C-8PC-S is provided with 128 MB DRAM with 10 Gbps forwarding bandwidth and 64 MB Flash Memory. The IOS license supports up to 4000 users with 255 online at the same time. The dimensions of the switch are 1.75x10.6x9.4 inches (4.44x26.9x21.3 cm). The weight is 3.0 pounds ( 1.35 kg).

Cisco Smartnet services and online resources provide all the support you may need. Datasheets, guides and IOS are available for downloading from the site. And an additional warranty is provided for most of the products by the Hardware Networking.
Additional information
The switch was released only a short time ago, so its end of life and end of support (eol/ eos) have not been announced yet, meaning that new software upgrades and troubleshooting services, repairs will be available for a long time and provided by the Cisco company.
